Don't worry, we can fix your tape
If a cassette tape is snapped, we can repair it properly so it can be converted. If there is mould present, we will need to clean the tape before conversion, as mould can damage our machines. Please note that repairing a tape may result in the loss of small sections of footage.
If you haven’t informed us about any issues — or were unaware of them — we will let you know if a repair is required before continuing.
Repairs start from £25 per tape.
If the tape we convert doesn’t show what you think it should show we cannot be held to account for this as we have done what you have told us to do but if you ask us to check we can check the tape and pay for the checking service for £5 a tape.

Step 1: How many tapes have you got? We then convert them into a digital format. The tape could be short or it could be long but we choose to make all the tape conversion cost the same. Then once converted we go to…
Step 2: How would you like to watch them? We always recommend having the converted videos made for you to download them so you can watch them on your phone, laptop, PC or TV, you can share them easily and it is the safest and cheapest way. If you would like to watch them on a DVD player we can produce them into a DVD disk. If you would like to watch them on a laptop we can produce them into a USB stick. But please be aware that USBs and DVD disks can fail and with downloads you really need to put them on the cloud but we can show you how.
Step 3: When would you like them? Our general turn around if one to two weeks, if you need it quickly you can use our FAST TRACK two day service which is double the total cost.
