Q. How long can I expect my order to take?

A. Generally your order will take up to a week and we will contact you if it will take us longer.

Q. What do I need to bring for a passport renewal?
A. You will need to bring your old passport and debit or credit card. If it is a child’s passport then you also need their parents' passport.

Q. How long does a photo session last?
A. Usually around 20 minutes in the studio is enough time for you to get relaxed and for us to create some great shots for you.

Q. Do you do take photos of pets?
A. Yes we do but only at certain times. Best phone us to check.

Q. Do you do home/on-location visits?
A. Yes we do, just give us a call to arrange a time and date suitable for you.

Q. Can we just turn up to your studio or do you need to book an appointment?
A. We prefer you to arrange an appointment with us.
