Please read this Sales Policy (“Policy”) carefully before using https://thephotowizards.co.uk (the “Service”), operated by The Photo Wizards (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Proofs

At The Photo Wizards, we strongly recommend that you review and approve any editing work before it is printed or finalised.

Once you approve the proof, it is understood that:

  • No further changes will be made.

  • You are satisfied with the work as it stands.

  • The order will be completed based on your original request.

Completion may include printing, framing, digital delivery (via email or download), or any other format agreed upon in your initial order.

If you are unhappy with the proof, we are happy to make changes to meet the expectations of your original order. Your “original order” refers to the instructions you gave us at the time of purchase.

While we do not limit the number of revisions, all edits are made at our discretion. Requests outside the scope of the original order may incur additional charges.

We take pride in producing high-quality results. If you are dissatisfied with the editing work, we will do our best to make it right. However, due to the time and effort involved in custom editing, we do not offer refunds on editing services.

Refunds & Cancellations

When you place an order and receive a ticket, this confirms your agreement to proceed at the quoted price and for us to complete the order as agreed.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will work with you until you are (see “Proofs” section above). However, as our work is custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds unless we are entirely unable to fulfil your order.

Deadlines & Priority Work

If you require your order by a specific deadline, please inform us when placing your order. While we will do our best to meet your timeline, rush orders may incur an additional fee, which must be agreed upon in advance.

If we are unable to meet the agreed collection date, we will contact you. A refund may only be offered if we are completely unable to deliver your order within the required timeframe.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two working days from the date on your order ticket, provided no work has begun. Once work has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
