Please read our Sales Policy (“Sales Policy”) carefully before using the website (the “Service”) operated by The Photo Wizards (“us”, “we”, or “our”).


We (“The Photo Wizards“) recommend you to view and approve any editing work we do for you prior to it being printed. Once approved by you, this means that you agree to no further changes be made to the work and you are happy for the work to be finished. Finished means to be printed, framed, saved digitally, emailed to you or completed as per your original order and by no other means or quantities. If for any reason you are unhappy with your proof, we will happily make any changes necessary to fulfil your original order. Your original order means that what you have asked us to do for you in the first place is your original order. We reserve the right to charge appropriately for our time in making changes to your edit that fall outside of your original order. The number of changes that can be made are not limited, however, the amount of changes that we do make are totally at our discretion. We always do our best to produce amazing results with our editing work, however, if, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our editing work, we will always do our best to make it right. We can not offer any refund for any of our editing work due to the time and effort that goes in to our editing work.


Please note that once an order has been received and you have been given a ticket, this is an acceptance by you, the customer, that the order be fulfilled at the agreed price to it’s completion. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will always make it right until you are satisfied (please see information about Proofs, above). Unfortunately we offer no refunds. This is because our work is custom made for you and cannot be re-sold. If you need us to work to a deadline, we will only prioritize your order if at all possible. There may be an extra charge for this, which you will need to agree to at the time of ordering. We will always do our upmost to complete your job by the collection date on your ticket. If we are unable to meet the collection date, we will contact you to let you know. We may only offer a refund if we can’t in no way produce your order in the required time. If you change your mind about your order or want to cancel. You may do this within two working days from the order date on your ticket. This will only be possible if no work has been started on your order in any way.
