Q. What are your opening times at Crystal Peaks?
A. 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Saturday

10am – 4pm Sunday

Q. How long can I expect my order to take?

A. Generally your order will take up to a week and we will contact you if there are any complications. 

Q. What do I need to bring for a passport renewal?
A. You will need to bring your old passport and debit or credit card. If it is a child’s passport then you also need their parents passport. 

Q. How long does a photo session last?
A. Usually around 20 minutes in the studio is enough time however, if you would prefer an hour or so, this is no problem. 

Q. Do you do take photos of pets?
A. Yes we do but only at certain times. Best phone us to check.

Q. Do you do home/on-location visits?
A. Yes we do, just give us a call to arrange a time and date suitable for you.
