This montage is for a wedding anniversary and uses a beautiful mixture of old and new photos from their lives and photos of their loved ones. This kind of montage is the perfect gift for celebrating special occasions like weddings and birthdays and nothing shows how much you care like a personalised gift!
We also do montages for your pets!
It is a great way to commemorate their lives or just to have all of your pets in one amazing photo.
With this one we have used 3 different photos of the same dog to create a stunning montage to celebrate the life of mans best friend with a brand new fitting background and a lovely wooden frame to finish it off.

With this photo montage, we have taken a mixture of photos from someone’s life and have edited them all flawlessly onto a brand new background. They have all also been made sepia so that they match the older photos and create an overall theme for the montage.

With this final example, you can see a smooth blend between old and new as well as coloured and black and white photos. This montage was for someone’s birthday and shows photos of their family surrounding them.

As you can see from the examples Photo Montages can make the perfect gift for any occasion or even as a treat just for you!

Photo Restoration Examples

Everyone has old photos of family members, friends, themselves or special moments like weddings or birthdays, however, sometimes those photos can get damaged or fade over time. In this blog post will be looking at a few of our recent restorations and how we can restore your photos which might be in a similar or even worse state.
This torn old photo was brought to us recently which had been ripped right down the middle. This tear went right through their facial features as you can see above making this quite a difficult job to do.
When you look at a photo the face is what your eyes are drawn to meaning that this needed to look exactly like it did once before!
We repaired the cracks and reconstructed the peoples faces turning this torn old photo into an amazing brand new portrait in a brand new frame too!

An old family portrait can hold so many memories of those who are either no longer with us or are all grown up. It is such a shame to see them beginning to fade away as they can be a reminder of times gone.
We brightened this photo up and made it black and white bringing back out some of the lost details as well as removing all of the marks. To finish off the photo we replaced the dark old background with a brand new one so that the people stood out more!
Family history is important and it’s a shame when the photos of your ancestors begin to fade away. These 2 photos were on the edge of fading away completely with cracks, creases and marks all over them.
We carefully brought back the details, removed the marks and refined the outlines so the photos looked just as they did all those years ago!
Damaged photos like this are on the edge of fading away completely and it would be such a shame to lose what is such a lovely photo from the past.
We removed the marks and brought the detail back to life. We even added a splash of colour to help the photo stand out from its background.

This photo like many others hold special memories which could be lost and forgotten if allowed to deteriorate.
Memories can fade, but your photos don’t have to!

4 Ways Your Photos Can Get Damaged

BLOG TITLE

Photos hold precious memories of family members and special occasions like birthdays and weddings however, as time goes on they can become damaged and faded and need restoring in order to keep those memories alive.

In this blog post we will be talking about 4 of the main ways photos get damaged and also a few ways to prevent it!

Sometimes photos are neglected and as such can become tattered and ruined especially older photos which are not printed on as high quality paper which we have access to today.
One way to prevent this would be to take care of old photographs as these are the prints that are most susceptible to tearing due to the low quality paper they were printed on. Store them in an album and keep them straight to avoid creasing.
You can see that these photos have large rips and tears in them leading to the loss of detail or even large chunks of the photo.

Cracks show up on photos when they generally are mistreated and neglected causing sometimes devastating damage. If cracks are left they could turn into quite bad tears and cause pieces of the photo fall off.
Just like with creases the best way to prevent this is to store your photos properly in albums and take care when handling and moving them around in order to preserve them.

These photos have been brought to us with cracks in them. A lot of these cracks are going straight through the important details in the photo like faces.

Memories sadly, sometimes fade however photos are always there to help you remember. If these photos fade then your precious memories might fade with it. This mainly happens due to UV Rays from the sun which causes the discoloration and then eventual fading into white.
One way to prevent this would be to try and keep your photos out of direct sunlight or by using UV resistant glass to keep those harmful rays at bay.

You can see that these photos have faded, some worse than others however they all have discolouration and you can see how the details of the photo are slowly fading away.

Damage from moisture isn’t like fading or tearing as can happen a lot quicker and can do a lot of damage in very little time. This happens if a photo gets damp either through leaking or through high humidity and condensation. Moisture damage can also cause mould to begin growing on your photos.
One way to prevent this is to avoid storing your photos in damp places and using photo albums with plastic holders as this could keep them from getting wet.
You can see that these photos have been damaged by moisture obscuring details and in some cases causing the print to begin falling apart.

These four types of photo damage are some of the most common ways that a cherished photo can soon just become a forgotten memory. In order to keep these photos from fading or falling apart we recommend getting them restored as soon as possible before the damage spirals out of control and that once cherished photo just becomes a tattered old piece of paper.

Style 1

This style uses one photo of your pet, we remove the background on the photo and replace it with a beautiful neutral background to draw attention towards the pet who is the main subject of the photo.  We also brighten up your pets face so that their features are more visible and sharpen up the image.

This type of montage is perfect if you only have a photo of a pet who may have passed away or you want individual prints for each of your pets. We can also add your pets name on the bottom of the print.
